Justin Robinson (London Lions)
It was a high-class weekend for the Great Britain guard, with two exceptional contributions for his team which were both worthy of inclusion in our starting five. After helping to shoot down Glasgow on home soil, Robinson was even better at Plymouth as he amassed a super line of 20 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists – as well as making a huge play down the stretch.

Tre Bennett (Leeds Force)
The Leeds star helped Force to finally get rolling as they clocked a first victory of the new season, with Bennett at the heart of that landmark success. He was the main man for the Yorkshire club as he helped them to cut down Giants in an exciting triumph. He corralled a magnificent double-double of 18 points and 12 assists – as well as 3 steals, to lead his team over the line.

David Kadiri (Manchester Giants)
Less than 48 hours from the disappointment of losing at Leeds, Kadiri was the inspiration for Giants bouncing back in style to get their first league win of the season. The forward was on fire in the north-west derby against Cheshire as he netted himself a stellar double-double of 23 points and 13 rebounds, while critically, not spilling the ball once in almost 39 minutes of court-time.

Mike Vigor (Bristol Flyers)
There was a dramatic finish between Scorchers and Flyers, with Vigor instrumental in the visitors heading back to the south-west with a win. No stranger to our line-ups during previous BBL seasons, the forward is back in our fab five after securing the precious defensive rebound that made the game safe and having accrued a fine 15 points, 14 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 steals.

CJ Gettys (Cheshire Phoenix)
There was also high drama as a scorching late surge by Phoenix booked them a place in the BBL Cup Semi-Finals at the expense of Newcastle. While Orlan Jackman grabbed the headlines for his game winning play against the holders, it was built on the unstoppable Gettys. He picked up an eye-popping 22 points and 18 rebounds, including a phenomenal 11 offensive boards.

Off the bench – Brandon Boggs (Bristol Flyers), Callum Jones (Manchester Giants), Orlan Jackman (Cheshire Phoenix), Kieron Achara (Glasgow Rocks), Andy Thomson (Leicester Riders), Rob Marsden (DBL Sharks Sheffield), Dallin Bachynski (Worcester Wolves)
