GREAT Britain star Lauren Thomas-Johnson will lead a Giants summer camp for aspiring female players in August.

The camp, at Wright Robinson High School, is aimed at girls aged 14-18 of National League standard.

The daily programme includes skill stations, drills, competitions and games. Campers are grouped by age and ability level to provide a positive camp experience.

All campers will get the full experience of how to practice to international standards from Lauren, who is fresh from GB’s successful Eurobasket qualifying campaign.

As well as developing basketball skills campers will learn the importance of living a healthy lifestyle, working as a member of a team and making good decisions on and off the floor.

Campers will have the opportunity to pick the brains of other GB international special guests like Azania Stewart.
